I want a Japanese or Korean girl, I was twice the man's land, and I noticed that most women, eyes and nose to undergo surgery. I want a Japanese or Korean girls with true beauty. Is it rude to ask whether it had this surgery?

It is not rude. You said that you have on several occasions in both countries. If that's true, you know, it's a HELLO seems relatively normal for someone to remark: "Your face looks a bit fat." "You have weight because the last time I won," 've seen. "Wt Wow, you really lost. Etc..
The fact is that you pay attention. That's what people want. If you pay attention to people's eyes, you will notice that their level of consciousness a little higher than others, though not particularly fond of the comment, they will feel safer than others around you.
